J.B. Turman Engineering, PLLC (JBT), founded in 2010, provides highway, bridge, structural, and land development engineering services. The JBT staff is comprised of engineers, technicians, construction inspectors, and administrative support.

JBT stands ready to invest in the most talented engineering and technical personnel, as well as cutting edge technology and innovative design, to continue the high satisfaction they have provided for over a decade now. They worked directly with the Structural Engineering Departments at West Virginia University and Marshall University to develop a design and contract plans for the first Press Break Tub Girder ever constructed in the State of West Virginia.
