Short Span Steel Bridge Projects Win Prize Bridge Awards

The American Institute of Steel Construction and the National Steel Bridge Alliance recognized eight bridges with 2024 Prize Bridge Awards–the structural steel industry’s highest design honor for bridges. Two of these bridges, were short span steel bridges that featured multiple SSSBA members.
Grand Forks County Prefabricated Bridge (Northwood, ND)

NATIONAL: Grand Forks County Prefabricated Bridge, Northwood, N.D. The project team took full advantage of offsite fabrication to cut down on construction time in the bitter cold of a North Dakota winter.
